Mindfulness for anxiety

Hey guys, so heading into the weekend when things aren't so busy at work and with other distractions anxiety can start to build, usually when our minds are not so occupied so just wanted to share these Mindfulness videos with you.

This one is a 5 minute anxiety reduction video which has helped me several times during a full blown panic attack.

And then for when you have a bit more time on your hands or maybe before going to bed or when you get into bed try this longer video to help you relax.

I sometimes put this one on my phone in the back ground as i try to drift off to sleep.
